TRANSPORTATION

• By Air

  Golden Bay Hotel is accessible by air. For convenience, one may fly into Yantai Laishan Airport (YNT). The airport is 75KM/60 minutes by taxi (RMB220/US$25) to the hotel, with direct flights from many major cities in China.

  Alternatively, one may fly into Weihai Wendeng Airport (WEH). The airport is 65KM/50 minutes by taxi (RMB180/US$22) to the hotel, with flights from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou only.

• Pick up on July 2

  We expect to have shuttle buses for pick-up on July 2, both from Weihai airport and Yantai airport.

  For pick-up on July 2 from either Weihai Airport or Yantai Airport, please find people with "IMS-China" signs in their hands.



• By Train

  Golden Bay Hotel is also accessible by train. Weihai Station: 15KM/25 minutes by taxi (RMB65/US$8) to the hotel, with direct train services from Beijing and Jinan only.

  Yantai Station: 75KM/60 minutes by taxi (RMB220/US$25) to the hotel, with direct train services from many major cities in China.

Notes to non-citizens of People's Republic of China

You may be required to obtain an entry visa to China. If so, please apply at your nearest Chinese embassy or consulate well in advance.

The Chinese embassy does not normally require any letter of invitation for a tourist visa. However, if you apply for other types of visa, including business visa, please contact the Organizing Committee at least 2 months in advance for a letter of invitation to visit Academy of Mathematics and System Science, CAS.

Upon arrival, you may be asked to present a valid passport and visa when you check in at your hotel. The conference endorses no activities that are politically motivated or prohibited by the local authorities.

You can also travel by ferry. The ferry leaves at 19:00 from Incheon Port International Passenger Terminal, and takes about 14 hours.
