The Organizing Committee has negotiated a special rate with the Golden Bay Hotel in Weihai http://www.gbhotel.com.cn/. Most of the conferences talks will take place in this hotel.

To book a room under the conference rate, overseas participants should contact the Golden Bay hotel directly by Fax: (86)631-5688666.

In your faxed message, please include your name, credit card number, check-in and check-out dates, and email address in case there is any problem. (Here is a template.) Please do not write dates in the form of "7/9/08", because this might be taken as September 7 in China. Also do not write more extensively on your request, as it could only make your reservation complicated. Please address your faxed message to Song Yanni, and mention that your stay in the hotel is for IMS-China Conference, July 3-6.

The conference rate for rooms facing the sea is 780 Yuan (about $115), and for rooms on the other side is 660 Yuan (about $100). Breakfast is included, and internet use is free in the hotel rooms. The hotel reserved around 120 rooms for the conference, and it is offered at the first-come first-served basis.

We have also reserved a block of rooms in International Academic Center of Shangdong University at Weihai www.sunnychina.com/hotel/hotel_2500.html with 420 Yuan (about $62) per night. All conference talks will take place in this place. However, please note that this hotel intends to accommodate people from mainland China and for students abroad.
