# Homework Files

The course uses a four-homework sequence. Fall 2026 student copies are released from
the [course calendar](../../datavis.html) in editable Quarto and printable PDF formats:

All times are Eastern. Open each Gradescope assignment from Canvas and submit one PDF.
Detailed feedback and regrade requests are handled in Gradescope; Canvas contains official summary
grades and solutions released after the deadline.

The NOAA `.qmd` files in this folder are optional supplements and examples. They are not
a replacement homework sequence. NOAA is used primarily in the Fall 2026 lectures and
in-class checkpoints so the course has a common running example without rewriting the
homework sequence.

The original inherited files remain in a local, nonpublic archive for provenance and
comparison. The Fall 2026 copies carry the current due dates and are released from the
course calendar according to the schedule above.
