Spotlight or blitz talk:

Your talk should present all aspects of your project. That is, it should motivate your problem, describe the literature, and explain the solution(s) you found. Blitz talks: you will have 2 minutes. Spotlight talks: you will have 8 minutes.

Try to present as clearly as possible the connection of your project the concepts you learned from class.

Final report:

Your write up should be in the style of a research article that you would submit to a conference or a journal (except that, instead of original research, you will be providing a review of existing research). Be sure that you explain as clearly as possible the connection of your project the concepts you learned from class. Your write up should follow the following format: The report should be limited to 8 pages, excluding references (no appendix allowed), and should be in NIPS 2016 style.
