The folder contains 3 data files based on Lymphoma data in Alizadeh et al. (2000). 
The original data is available from http://llmpp.nih.gov/lymphoma/data.shtml. 
The following data files is the pre-processing version based on Dettling's 
paper, which is of the size of 4062 by 62. 

The 3 files are:

lymphoma.rda, downloaded from http://stat.ethz.ch/~dettling/bagboost.html.
lymphoma.x.txt, data matrix (4026 by 62) ready for use in Matlab.
lymphoma.y.txt, vector of class index (62 by 1).

This is a multi-class classification problem (3 classes).
