This folder contains 6 files which are based
on the Lung Cancer microarray data measured 
on 12533 genes. 

LungADCA_test_matrix.txt: 134 test samples of diseased group 
(Adenocarcinoma (ADCA) of the lung). 
LungADCA_train_matrx.txt: 16  train samples of the diseased group. 
LungMES_test_matrix.txt:  15  test samples of the normal group 
(Malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) of the lung).  
LungMES_train_matrix.txt: 16  train samples of the normal group. 

expression-data-181.txt:  origional data matrix downloaded from 
http://www.chestsurg.org.
