Reading for after thanksgiving

The readings for after thanksgiving are

(1) Sheather, Appendix on nonparametric smoothning
(2) James et al Introduction to Statistical Learning, ch 7

I've put a pdf of the James chapter in week13 and week14 folders on
canvas.

I will more nearly follow the James chapter in lecture, which does
things in almost perfectly the reverse order from what Sheather does.
