NOTE:

The original "MissAmerica2008-bernoulli.txt" file included in this hw
had one too many rows per state (10 rows instead of 9).

The file "MissAmerica2008-bernoulli-corrected.txt" has the right
number of rows per state (9).

So please use "MissAmerica2008-bernoulli-corrected.txt" instead.

I have moved "MissAmerica2008-bernoulli.txt" to
"MissAmerica2008-bernoulli-old.txt"

and I moved

"MissAmerica2008-bernoulli-corrected.txt" to
"MissAmerica2008-bernoulli.txt"

so now we can use the corrected
"MissAmerica2008-bernoulli.txt" again.
