* Master File - focus on data related to candidate pipeline; provide
  reasons for tracking data

* analysis on curent data:

  - keep contacting for data request (pfg and Ben & Casey)

* template for data tracking and data structure

Can companies provide period over period data?

maybe 2020 is not as typical as 2019, so we'd like a longer track

  - drivers: policy violations
