 - smooth!
 - patric and marty were friendly and answered all questions
 - will work on the data for them (requested end of this week)

Yanxi - Gordon Food Service

 - Jamie explained data issues
 - descriptive question part went well
 - questions and confusions about how data would be managed and
   organized
 - Lola (main poc) raised concerns about using the data
 - they will send email addressing the concerns
 - Lola sent later email that they will get the data

Probelm going on for 5 years or ever

Warehouse: lots of applicants but low quality
Trucks: low appl rate, higher qual, low retention rate

Automation in warehouse may lessen warehouse 

they think issues are:

 - drivers leave for salaried position ("all in one pay" such as cisco)
 - drivers move around because of driver shortage
 - what is top pay company turnover rate

   - lots of different language for this
 - team is asking for "reasons people applied to the company"

job itself
 - job is stable and it pays well, no seasonal layoffs
   - hourly pay is (didn't ask...): $50-60K typical, $80K with
     incentives

 - annual increase in payment, gift cards, drawings, education pgms,
   trips to disney, etc.

automation in its infancy
 - automation is more of a future goal
 - massive investment would be needed to make it realy go
