The files 

mariano-hrm.zip

and 

mariano-hrm.tar

contain all the relevant files for building softawre to estimate the
hierrarchical rater model from Lou Mariano's thesis.  Both archives
contain the same files, choose your format.

The files are all archived, because some of the filenames bother web
browsers when you try to download them one by one via web browser.
