Please find attached my feedback on your revised/extended project
proposals.  I have told some groups pretty specifically which project
I prefer they do, and I've told other groups they have free choice.  

I'm fine with you choosing Project #1 (related to ZhiJun's SURG
project) but I want to make sure that the work done for this class
(e.g. writing the questionnaire, constructing the random sample, etc.)
is done by teh 303 team and not the SURG team.

For assignment I.3 I want you to post to blackboard a SINGLE document
(ms word or pdf), that contains complete answers to items A-G for the
ONE TOPIC you will choose for your 303 project, revised in any way you
think is necessary based on my comments and your discussions in your
group.  One pdf or doc file per group, please.

This will be due by Thursday Feb 16, Midnight, on Blackboard.

Please also get started on your team working agreements 

Remember that HW03 is  due Tues Feb 14 (on Blackboard).
