Dear Professor Junker,
We have communicated with CMU Dining Services and have confirmed that
focusing on freshmen would be feasible--approx total 1400 freshmen. But we
were not able to get a list of freshmen contacts.
If we were to continue w/ the original method, random selection from the
whole C-Book, do we count the upperclassmen's "are you on the meal plan?
--> No" as non-response?
