I think there is probably more work to do, to ensure that the bus schedule survey produces representative and useful data. Please let me know which one you choose to do. (b) What about John Sperger? I don't see any evidence that he contributed to this. 1. A survey of CMU Student Exercise Habits A. Interest. 7/10 Seems fine. little change from I.1 B. Research Questions. 8/10 Seems fine. little change from I.1 C. References. 4/5 ok. no john sperger reference. D. Sampling Frame 8/8 ok E. Target Population 8/8 ok F. Mode of Data Collection 5/5 I think yuo will want to use email to invite those thhat you randomly place in your survey to go to a website (that you create) and answer questions there. G. Important Variables 4/4 ok 2. Accuracy of Pittsburgh Bus Schedules around Carnegie Mellon A. Interest. 10/10 ok B. Research Questions. 10/10 some of the questions you list here will not be answerable by standing at bus stops (e.g. definition of "on time", reason for being late, etc.) C. References. 4/5 ok. no john sperger reference D. Sampling Frame 6/8 OK description of sampling frame. I think you would need to include more bus stops, or convince me that more are not needed, for this project. E. Target Population 6/8 your discussion of "sampling error" is really closer to a discussion of "coverage error". I think you should broaden your target population (and sampling) to include all buses that CMU undergrads would typically use. This should include not only the forbes/morewood stops, but also the 5th avenue stops, and also other stops near campus thgat CMU students use. F. Mode of Data Collection 5/5 OK G. Important Variables 4/4 OK
