One student has found that the alternate address

sometimes works, when the original address does not.  If you have
trouble with the original address, please try the alternate.  If that
still doesn't work, please consult a recent (1995 or later) paper 
edition the "Statistical Absrtact of the United States", on permanent 
reserve at several CMU libraries including Hunt, E&S, Mellon and SEI.
