Contributed Paper Poster Session



NOTICE! All contributed papers will be available at all poster sessions. There will not be two separate sessions, as previously announced.

The Contributed Paper Poster Session will be held in Ballroom 2 on both Friday and Saturday. There will be 40 contributed papers which will be available for viewing and informal discussion. All posters will be on display immediately following the DeGroot Lecture and Reception, and again following the dinner on Friday. On Saturday, they will be available from 12:00 -- 2:00.


POSTER PREPARATION

The posters consist of three panels; the center panel is 24" wide by 36" high, the end panels are 12" wide. Glue, scotch tape, magic markers, and scissors will be provided. No copier will be available, so please bring copies of your manuscript for distribution.

You may assemble your presentation between 12:00 and 1:00 (during registration), or between 5:30 and 6:00 (after the DeGroot Lecture) on Friday. No copier will be available, so please bring copies of your manuscript for distribution.

Page Layout

  1. Margins 1'' on left and 1.5'' on the right
  2. No more than 14 lines; no fewer than 7 lines
  3. Legends should be included with figures and tables
  4. Start major sections on a new page

Poster Layout

  1. Maximum of 12 pages (8.5'' x 11''), including the page with the abstract
  2. No title page is needed. We will supply a printed title banner for each display.
  3. Arrange pages consecutively, starting with the abstract. Each end panel could contain at most three pages. The center panel will hold up to 6 pages.
