I am currently working under Professor Max G’Sell on projects surrounding statistical questions in immunology. I also worked with Max on my Advanced Data Analysis (ADA) project on batch corrections, imputation and cell proportion estimation for immunology data. I am also currently working on credible interval estimation with tropical cyclones with fellow grad students Robin Dunn and Nic Dalmasso. I am interested in studying high dimensional statistics and am a member of the Stat ML group and a semi-formal Inference group.
I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, one and a half hours drive north of San Francisco on the coast. I transferred from Santa Rosa Junior College (with AAs in Math and Economics) to the University of California, Berkeley where I obtained bachelor degrees in Statistics and Mathematics. During my undergraduate program, I visited Carnegie Mellon to participate in the Statistic Department's Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE).
